HAM'S F-10 MEDIA W/O HEPES, W/O L-Glutamine, W/Phenol Red

HAM’S F-10 Medium is a nutrient mixture originally developed for the clonal growth of Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells, as well as HeLa and mouse L-cells.

It is widely used to support the growth of human diploid cells, white blood cells for chromosomal analysis, and primary explants of rat, rabbit, and chicken tissues.

The medium can be formulated with or without HEPES, L-Glutamine, and Phenol Red, depending on experimental needs.
